Voting Question: Pirate Contemporary Art Oasis shirt?
I have a T-shirt thats mostly black and on the front there is some white skeletons diving in some water of some sort. It was put in my closet by my mom like most are and im wondering what the heck it means. I wear shirts that i know what they mean on them. Well under the skeletons diving it says "PIRATE Contemporary Art Oasis"then under that in smaller lettering it says "Pirates Reign" I would like to know what it means.
