Voting Question: Artists for "gesture"?

I currently do Fine Art A-level (A2 year right now) and I was trying to find some artists that include gesture in their paintings (or just in their work in general) but I can't seem to find any that attract me.

So I was wondering if anyone know any artists that have gesture in their work. I want it to be mainly body gestures and show the fully body. I don't mind if there are any artists who have arms or hands or leg gestures only in their paintings.

I don't want any artists who do very detailed drawings or paintings also because I'm not a very good painter. I also do not have the patience for details in my work. An example would be Liam Spencer who draws landscapes with lots of brush strokes but rarely have any detail in them so maybe something like that? But nothing too "lazy" looking either. Maybe a contemporary artist is a better explanation haha.

I don't mind bold, solid works like Hokusai's work where he only uses like, 3 colours and yet there's depth and shadows and stuff in it.

I've used an artist encyclopedia but they mainly contain lots of artists who are very detailed and is not my style so I hope you's can help me! :)

Open Question: Does a Masters Degree have any value?

What is the point of a Masters in the arts (history, political science, english, philosophy). Unless you want to be a professor, what is the point of doing it.

One last image to do, then bed. Probably a good thing as I just tripped over all my art supplies on the floor, just avoiding a scalpel...

Open Question: Help on using level two acrylic paint?

Doing art gcse,i use acrylic paint regulary. No matter what i do,it always looks messy. And i am a prefectionist so this annoys me all the time. You see the brush strokes, and it is light and dark. Does anyone have any ideas on how i should paint and use it? and how to get a nice, smooth even coverage?
