Open Question: Is this a well rounded selection of gcses?
For my Gcses i am taking
Art
Computer science
History
Geography
Spanish
English language
English literature (AS level - taken one year early)
Double science - biology, physics and chemistry (counts as two Gcses however)
Maths
I have predicted grades of A* for each of these and it is the IGCSE board. next year i will take 5 AS levels. however, i am concerned that i would have had a bigger advantage at universities such as cambridge and oxford if i had taken Latin instead of art. My sister is choosing her GCSEs this year and is stuck deciding between art and latin. What do you recommend?
