Open Question: Illustrating on the body?
Ok, so hi guys, its my final major project at uni and this is what im thinking:
Im in the pathway of Animation and Illustration, animation isn't really right for me so im applying for a fine art degree.
But for now im thinking of illustrating the legend of the Koi, but i want to make it fun and quirky. i thought about different/ unique illustration styles, thought about making a zoetrope (something you spin and look through slits in the side to see movement of drawings/ photographs inside) but then i thought about painting scenes on someones body. what do u think?
would that look cool if i worked out from the body onto a wall or something, or if i have no space/ canvas photoshop some in later.
would it look wrong if i used different people to illustrate on or should i keep in consistent?
Any ideas/ thoughts feel free to comment away :)
Thanks
